I had a 5 month old opener that the motor failed. There were evidently problems getting the repair part and after 30 days I was not pleased. However, the day after the part was scheduled to be in, John came out and told me that the wrong part was sent but they would do what it took to make it right and he did. I appreciate everything that John and Precision did to fix the problem and they went above my expectations. They have a dedicated customer now. Thanks John and everyone at Precision.

We had issues with our garage door because of the left spring missing . The door failed to raise up completely. Fortunately we met John Gallerano and his wife at the Extraco Home and Garden Show. I took his card and when this issue happened I called his office. He was out the next day and he would explain all my options. I explained to him that I wanted the door fixed properly. He also noted that the motor was too small. He explained in detail what my options were. I had him replace the motor ,rollers, springs and the pads. Our day started with coming home in Belton from the grocery store and our garage coming off the rail in multiple spots on the left and right side along with the cable getting all knotted in the wheel. We reached out to Precision at 9:00am in a panic after searching garage door repair near me and the call center said someone could be out between 10:00am and 12:00pm. At 10:27am we got a courtesy call from John Gallerano that he was on his way from Waco and would arrive by 11:30am which he did! Between the time we called Precision and John arriving my spouse and I had spent the time in between working on the garage and were able to get it back in the rails and the cable unknotted and attached back to the garage door. When John looked at it he made recommendations oh how to repair it to where it was better constructed and also what it’d cost to replace it with quality as opposed to builder grade. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and was very knowledgeable and patient with us and all our questions. He even after handing us both quotes offered to tune things up on the existing garage door and its components temporarily for free just so it’d work properly while we contemplated on the what path to proceed with. Ultimately the decision was made to meet with him in a week at the Precision office in Waco as the quotes provided were quite expensive for our budget and would be a very large investment for our family. Once he left at 2:00pm we knew based of our first experience with John that if we chose to proceed with Precision we were confident it would be done right and by a company who cares.

Hitting your garage door with your golf cart, even at a crawl, disabled our garage door. Living in a small community like Salado I felt lucky because we have a local garage door repairman. Unfortunately being close to Christmas they must have had other plans because after taking my call, they dropped me like a hot potato. I did a quick search 2 days later and found Precision. While I was reading about them, I saw a "Schedule an Appointment" button to click and they had an appointment available THAT DAY. I clicked it and soon received a call from the office confirming and about 30 minutes later, John Gallerano called and said he had a cancellation and could come EVEN EARLIER. Score! I told John what had happened and once he started, it was about 20 minutes later and voila, garage door fixed. John was kind, personable, understanding and a good listener. I would not hesitate at all in referring you to them.

Our garage door would not raise. I called Precision and was greeted by an extremely kind and knowledgeable employee. After explaining my problem she said a repair man would be at our house the next day- not a week later! John drove from Waco and was at our House in Belton before 8:00. Very friendly and knowledgeable. It took him less than 10 minutes to correct the problem. I know and our friends know who to call for garage door opener repairs.
