We had used Precision Garage Door in 2025 and were impressed with the service. When one of our garage door openers failed after 13 years of service. we didn't hesitate to contact Precision Garage Door again. We were delighted the Technician, Bill Kirkland, was able to fulfill the service request on the same day that we called. Bill arrived as scheduled and got right to work testing and ultimately replacing the inoperable opener. The new unit was the same brand as the ones that were on our other two garage doors but technology changes in the new unit were not supported by the remotes for the older units. After explaining all this to us, Bill reprogramed the remotes in our personal vehicles to recognize the new unit while retaining the connectivity for the two older units. This was above and beyond what was expected!

I rarely do reviews, but this time I will make an exception as the service was above and beyond. I called to schedule a service to help program on-board vehicle remotes the the garage doors, and the office told me they could have someone here within 4 hours (what?) The tech called me about 30 minutes later, said he had a cancellation, and asked if he could take care of the service in about 20 minutes. (yes) Tech worked with me to get the Jeep Grand Cherokee and Dodge Ram programmed (had a few issues, turns out one of the remotes we had wouldn't program the vehicle so we used the second remote) and also programmed the entry gate. I asked your tech to troubleshoot the noisy garage door, turns out the rollers were all completely worn out, (he took the time to show me) he quoted pricing for replacing the rollers while he was here (had them on the truck) and he replaced them in about 5 minutes. He also adjusted the door spring and lubricated everything. My only issues is that I did not get a card from the tech so that I could name him in this review, but please look up this service and let him know I was impressed, (and that is not an easy thing to accomplish) Thank you for a great service call!

Bill Kirkland is the service technician who came to service our garage door. We were unable to get the garage door open or closed and this happened on Sunday afternoon. It was amazing to have someone (a LIVE PERSON) at your business answer the phone on a Sunday and work with us to get a technician to come by on a Sunday. WOW! We were panicked about leaving the garage door open all night, so Precision was able to help! I cannot tell you how much we appreciated this! Bill, the service tech, was so friendly and explained to us why the garage door was unable to be opened, showing us the light beams on the end of gargae doors. So there was nothing really wrong with the wonderful Precision Garage Door or opener, it was just a technical issue that we were not aware of. Thank you, thank you, Precision for your wonderful customer service and also to Bill Kirkland who was so knowledgeable and helpul to us!

Bill arrived ahead of time quoted and got right to work replacing the garage opener. I have a tricky installation with a full screen on my garage and he worked around it with no issues. Several five star comments: 24-hour availability by either phone or on-line appointment scheduling (which I did after hours), repairman called saying he could come earlier as an appointment had rescheduled (courtesy), replaced broken springs and bearings in a very professional manner, and did everything in about an hour. He explained everything he was doing as he went along. Overall great experience and a lifetime warranty - can’t beat that.

Saw Precision Doors commercial about how the garage door should operate smoothly and gave them a call because one of their competitors told me all the clunking mine was doing was normal. Precison Doors technician showed up on time and diagnosed the isse quickly, made some adjustments and now it operates like itt did when I bought it 12 years ago. Will be using these folks from now on!
