I like the way Precision tells you a little about the tech before they arrive. Tech was great although my problem is a warranty problem and I will received the part in about a week. Tech has great manners and discussed everything with me as he troubleshooted my garage opener. Thank you

When my Genie Garage Door opener would not work even after changing the batteries and syncing it, I called Pecision and they said no problem they would sen a person out next day to check the opener and with a new opener. The technician came the next day and said the opener was bad and gave us a new opener. He put in batteries and synced it. Great service, just like when they installed my new garage door.

My garage door opener required repair / replacement. Of course this occurred in the evening. However, I made the earliest appointment for the following morning. Shawn Buck from Precision contacted me and said he’ll be on his way. Once he arrived he thoroughly went over everything that broke and needed replacement to get my door back up and running. Shawn gave me two options and discussed the difference. I approved the work. Shawn was very professional and installed the new garage door opener. He went over all the details and features of the new system. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Waco and Shawn Buck. Thanks for the quick and professional service.
