Pecision did more than meet my expectations. James Ward did the repair on my garage door. James was excellent. He is friendly, professional, and has a great sense of humor. He did a thorough inspection of all the parts and the door. He explained in detail what had to be done to get the door to open quietly and smoothly. If I could give him 10 stars I would. My husband's car was stolen from our driveway, and his garage remote was inside the car. The thieves used the remote to get into our garage but luckily didn't mess with my car. I called Precision in need of someone to reprogram our garage door so the thieves couldn't come back for my car too. James Ward came out less than an hour after my call, and was extremely courteous as well as professional. He reprogrammed the garage door, gave us a new remote, helped me program the key pad (which since moving in I had never been able to use), and he made an adjustment on the garage door. He was very kind, thorough, and did an amazing job. His services were well worth the money. I'm so thankful he was able to come out that day. He gave me piece of mind that we would be safe.
Thank you for taking the time to leave your review for us. We appreciate hearing that this unfortunate event has turned into a positive experience. It is very important to us that our customers are happy with the service they receive and we are so grateful to hear that you are able to feel safe in your home.

My garage door system was very old (2007) and I was due for a new one. Dustin listed out all of my options very clearly and made recommendations. I always appreciate when a company's focus is creating a solution and not selling me something. Dustin gave me a pros and cons list of replacing some things now vs waiting, but he created the necessary trust that I went with his recommendation. I will never use anyone else but Precision now, although hopefully I do not need to call them for a very long time!
We are grateful for you having taken the time to share your experience with us regarding the service you received from our technician Dustin. We are glad to know that he was able to offer options to assist with finding the best resolution for your needs. We appreciate you choosing Precision Garage Door of Waco and are happy to have you as our valued customer.

Our house is in Harker Heights... with the garage door backup battery not working, I called and an appointment was scheduled for the next day at a time convenient to me. James came a little early to look at it and determined that it was the backup battery... but a new opener was only a little more than replacing the battery. So I went with that option since the old one was nearly ten years old. This all took less than two hours... This was a great solution! James was awesome too!!
Jeff, we value your feedback and thank you for taking the time to leave a 5 Star review. Your business is very appreciated.

My husband and I saw an advertisement on TV. We called Overhead Garage Doors, but they weren't answering their phones, so I left a voice mail. Then I called Precision Garage Doors, made an appointment and in two hours the guy was calling me to tell me he was on his way. Paul arrived and did such a great job explaining to me what was wrong with our garage door. We approved him doing the repairs the same day! Hooray! He was a great guy, didn’t at all feel like we were being taken advantage of and our door is now so quiet and smooth. Thank you Precision and Paul for taking such good care of us and so quickly! Btw, we still haven’t heard back from Your competitor.

I found your company by searching for Liftmaster garage door opener repairs. It worked well until i had my metal garage sprayed with insulation. Your technitian said he doesn't repair commercial doors which I wasn't aware that it was. Although he was able to fix my problem by readjusting the door sensor at the bottom of the door which was probably moved when my garage was insulated. And I also appreciate the discount for being a wife of a first responder. My husband was a fire fighter.
Linda, thank you for choosing Precision Garage Door of Waco for your garage door needs. We appreciate hearing that your husband was a fire fighter and are happy to have been able to honor him with our First Responder Discount. We are glad to have you as our valued customer!
