I had a very odd experience. I received a very odd text about the technician that was on his way to my house. It was a very uncomfortable situation all the way around. I made it very clear that I did not/could not get a new garage door. I needed mine to be repaired, if nothing else, shut. He stepped into my garage, didn’t look around and started trying to sell me a new door. I explained that I would not be doing that and he went on and on about the financing. I asked him if I could just pay him to shut it. He said that he wouldn’t charge me for shutting it and it would be no problem. After going to his car to “get quotes”, he told me it would be $500 to shut it and then went on to 3 other options for me to get a new door. Kept telling me that he wished he could help. Odd, creepy feeling with all of it. He hardly looked at my door and did not help in any way.

We are disappointed to hear that the text message was not helpful and that it may have added to making you feel negatively toward your experience with our company. We have reviewed the pictures of your door that were taken along with the completed safety inspection performed by our technician while on site. We concur with the technician's determination of the door being damaged. The $500 option that was provided to you was to get your garage door back to working order again and it includes the new parts that would be needed for the repair work to be done. A new garage door option was also provided at that same time. We are sorry to hear that this was not a productive experience for you and that we were unable to offer a solution that would meet to your satisfaction.

Great service. Technician arrived a few minutes early for an 8 AM appointment. Immediately seemed to understand the problem and explained what the cause was. Reviewed three cost options and had it fixed in less than 2 hours. Area was clean when finished and door worked properly. No hard sell approach although we discussed a new door. Will definitely use Precision and Manuel again.

Paul from precision was a highly qualified and professional for my repair. He was prompt, courteous, thorough, and energetic. I booked online at 9:40 pm on a Friday and scheduled an 8:00 am repair for the next day. He had broken springs and worn out bearing replaced in a timely manner. I chose Precision Garage Door of Waco initially, due to their quick response when I was searching for a repair service. Additionally, the search was done on a Sunday, which surprised me the request was answered. The timeliness of the technician was spot-on, and the install was done the same day (on Sunday), with no additional service charges. The technician was thorough in removing the old opener and very precise in the installation of the new opener. Available options were provided, based on my requests and the work was completed with my satisfaction. The opener was a high-end opener, working off of Wi-Fi, which posed a challenge in making the initial connection. I expressed my concern, to the owner, regarding the technical support, which was unavailable on Sunday, and the owner was understanding of my expressed concern. The technician worked on the app connection, which was able to be resolved by a firmware update and reinstallation of the app. This "trouble shooting" diagnosis took an extra 30 to 40 minutes, but the end result was a fully functional garage door opener, with all the bells and whistles requested. I am pleased with the finished product and the opener itself. I would recommend Precision Garage Door of Waco and will continue to have them service my door.

Paul arrived on time as promised and on a Sunday as well!!!!! No extra charge for Sunday! He assessed the problem and gave me three separate estimates depending on how extensive I wanted to further update my garage doors after he repaired my broken spring. After I chose the level of updates he set to work and finished in less than an hour. He then explained what he did, had me sign the obligatory paper work, received his check and was off to his next call. I am totally impressed with the service I received from Precision today! They are my go to garage repairmen in the future. I have no reservations recommending them!!!
