looks forward to helping customers with their garage door problems as this is one of his favorite things

Our tecn, James Ward was awesome today. Our scheduled time was between 12-2 and he was here almost 30 minutes early. He was very thorough and professional. He did it all from replacing worn out sensors to a new spring and rollers. He lubed the door and gave us one so we can do routine maintenance ourselves. The door is now better than when it was installed.. I will definitely be recommend James and Precision to all my friend and anyone I meet that needs garage door repairs. Thank you.

We called Precision after a cable and springs on one of our garage doors broke. The technician, James, was at our home within an hour. He was very courteous and professional. He explained that he was going to evaluate the problem and present our options to us. He did this very clearly and presented our options including cost. We chose the door rebuild because it not only fixed the problem but also gave us a like-new door for a reasonable additional amount which was worth paying. James was able to complete the project at that time because he had all the parts in his van. He did an excellent job. We highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

James did an amazing job and was so professional and friendly. He called me the morning of my appointment to let me know he was on the road and his arrival time. Once at my house he walked me through his whole 25 point inspection of my garage door and explained all options to me. Even though I only need springs replaced he made sure that I understood about all of the other parts and recommended replacing based on age and condition. My spring broke. The technician explained my options and the advantages of each one.
