The technician was very professional and extremely knowledgeable of his job. He pointed out several errors a different company made about five years ago. They installed only one of the springs and it was the wrong size. He was a fast worker but cautious to make sure it was all completed correctly. I was very satisfied with the results.

Tech James Ward came out to replace a garage door bottom seal for us and did a Door Rebuild replacing all the springs, bearings, cables and rollers. James was very efficient and knowledgeable. If you need any work done on your door call James and he'll take good care of you.

I received the best service! My technician, James, was the nicest person. He thoroughly inspected my door and gave me choices to fix. I did not feel pressured to go with any certain package and felt comfortable picking the one I wanted. James Ward was very knowledgeable and helpful. He broke down each plan and service and was not pushy to purchase a plan. Technician was friendly but did not seem very knowledgeable in fixing my garage door. He made numerous phone calls back to his office to ask questions. Then he had to get advice from another guy on the phone. I’m not very confident he could complete the job. However, quote was reasonable but decided to go with another company.

Dustin arrived in a timely manner to our residence. My wife & I were very pleased with the service provided.
