I called Precision because I wanted to upgrade my garage door spring to double springs. Technician Ryan Joyce evaluated the system and made recommendations for new springs and new cable roller bearings that will make the door more efficient, less load on the opener device, and easy to operate manually in the event of a power failure. Ryan was polite, efficient and explained everything in layman’s terms. Precision is my new “go to” garage door favorite.
