Called Precision after my garage door spring broke on December 23rd. I was given an appointment within 4 hours of my call. Paul the technician arrived did a full inspection of door and gave very fair estimate. He had all of the required parts and tools to complete the repairs. It was all completed with a tuneup of door in 90 minutes. I would recommend them to anyone wanting fast an high quality work done.

My husband's car was stolen from our driveway, and his garage remote was inside the car. The thieves used the remote to get into our garage but luckily didn't mess with my car. I called Precision in need of someone to reprogram our garage door so the thieves couldn't come back for my car too. James Ward came out less than an hour after my call, and was extremely courteous as well as professional. He reprogrammed the garage door, gave us a new remote, helped me program the key pad (which since moving in I had never been able to use), and he made an adjustment on the garage door. He was very kind, thorough, and did an amazing job. His services were well worth the money. I'm so thankful he was able to come out that day. He gave me piece of mind that we would be safe.

Precision Garage Door of Waco did a very good job of replacing my broken garage door. The two workers were courteous, professional and efficient. They finished the job in less than two and one half hours. When finished they explained the function of the door fully. This door is functioning perfectly.

Saturday morning our garage door started rumbling and would stop not even half way down. I booked online thinking I’d hear from them Monday but so happy John could come that same day. He wasn’t able to do the work then but scheduled for Monday. They showed up in time frame that stated & within 1.5 hour had installed a new opener and more sturdy parts for the double door. It runs so smooth and it has all the latest bells/whistles—my daughter already programmed her iPhone to control. I wasn’t planning on spending but this is an investment in the confidence I have now. I don’t typically write reviews but I was blow away by the service I got from Precision. To start, John contacted me ahead of time to let me know exactly when he would be arriving, and even asked if there were any snacks and drinks that he could bring me from the connivence store. Never have I ever encountered a service technician offer to bring me something. I also received a text message with a small profile of John, how long he had been with the company, things like that which helped me know a little bit more about the person who was going to be assisting me with my issue. When John arrived he was very friendly, offered several options, talked me thought everything he could do, and was just so friendly. After deciding on what needed to be done he completed the job quickly, helped walk me thought what he did, and even provided me his number to call if I had questions or needed additional work. He even left me with a can of lubricant so I could occasionally spray down the rails and henges to make sure everything continued working. Overall I am very impressed with my experience with Precision and specifically John. If I ever have another issue with my garage door or need to upgrade I will definitely be calling Precision and specifically asking for John.

Just had my Garage Door serviced by Mr. James and I am ABSOLUTELY 100% satisfied with all aspects of this project. I scheduled last night about 2330hrs right online. Appointment was for 10-12 the very next morning. Get this James contacted me at 0900 asking if he could come earlier! That never happens nowadays. So automatic +1. Then I get a text message from the Company telling me the James is on his way and they provide a quick summary of who James is. Where he’s from, how long he has be working there and his favorite football team. Immediately made me feel like I knew James before he came to the door. James came in, I took him to the Garage. He states “ please give me 15mins to do a quick safety inspection and I will provide you with 3ea quotes. Right on time 15mins later James asks for us to review what he put together. 3 quotes 1) basic needs to bring my Garage door back to serviceable, 2) basic needs PLUS other items he notices that are safe at this time to operate but recommend replacing 3) Was everything plus upgrades to my current system to make it operate better and smoother. As he explained each quote, he was showing me each item and how it was to operate. I absolutely felt confident in the decision I made after his brief. After the formalities of payment. James was a machine! As he was removing and replacing my Garage Door system , he handled the equipment with care and keep the work area clean at all time. Another +1. Mr. James once completed with the install walked me through how to program and operate the outside keypad, both remotes and also helped me program and set up the wifi connection. You will not find customer service at this level anywhere else I promise you. Im extremely happy with my purchase and that James was my installer. I never thought I would be excited about a new Garage Door system but I am. Upon departing James gave me his card and asked me to please contact anytime should I have an issue. James thank you for your professionalism and hard work today! 6Stars if I could.

My wife gave me the information that James had given her about the repair and maintenance of the Overhead Garage Door and its mechanisms. James, also, explained in detail the preventive maintenance of the fixed garage door and further life of it for the future. My garage door slammed down when I shut it and the cables on each side had a lot of slack in them. I called Precision Garage Doors of Waco and scheduled a service call for August 1, 2023. James came out and said I had a Wayne Dalton system that NO ONE in the area worked on. I could order the part needed from California, for around $500.00, and try to find someone to install it. He said he could overhaul it for around $1,200.00. Feeling like this was my ONLY option, I said go ahead and overhaul it. That turned out to be $1,275.04. While I was waiting for him to return to fix the door again, so it would go down and stay down, I googled Wayne Dalton doors. Imagine my surprise to find out Palousek Overhead Doors, right here in Temple, services these doors. I called and the nice lady told me they could have repaired my door for around $350.00, which included parts and labor. I could have saved around $900.00. So, James I hope you sleep well at night knowing you took advantage of an elderly woman on a fixed income.
