Company was at my place within two hours. They communicated well, and the technician called on his way. He first of all was very courteous and professional He was extremely knowledgeable, informative and friendly. Couldn't ask for a better experience. I selected precision, garage door, simply based on your online rating and the reviews. Your tech that came out initially to assess the damage to my door and determine what needed to be done was very professional. Your installer that came out was also very professional. Both showed up on time, we’re friendly, and knowledgeable of their craft. Your office staff is also spot on. I couldn’t be more pleased with how the entire situation was handled and corrected.

Mr. Ward is hands down the most respectful and polite individual I’ve had the pleasure of doing business with in quite a long time. In a time where that seems to be long gone, it is nice to see good people doing honest business. He was very clear on my options, explained what came with both very clearly and had it repaired in less than 2 hours. I will be recommending him and this company to anyone who asks. Thanks again and have a merry Christmas.

John was very helpful in discussing the options for my two garage doors. He lubricated each door and gave me an estimate for installing doors that would be much quieter and last a long time. Very friendly service. I would definitely recommend Precision to friends and neighbors for professional handling of their garage doors needs. We are still deciding about what the next step will be: replace the rollers, or the motor, or new doors. Thanks so much for the lubrication and discussion of possible options going forward.

James was awesome! He listened to our issues, he quickly found several discrepancies (garage door is almost 20 years old) He offered me 3 different tiers of service, I chose one and in less than an hour he had “revamped” our garage door! James was polite, professional, and on time. He just put off the vibe that he really cares about each and every customer. All around great guy. Highly recommend

My garage door has been acting up for quite some time now. I tried calling the company that installed the garage opener but they kept giving me one excuse after the other for why they couldn't come out. I finally went to the internet and looked for companies that installed and repaired garage door openers and saw Precision. After placing the phone call, I selected this company to call and make an appointment. Just when I thought there was little or no customer service left anymore in the business world, Precision changed my mind. They are one of the few companies I've dealt with that know what customer service actually means! They came on the same day I called (yesterday), inspected my equipment and gave me three options and they will be out here today with the needed equipment to fix the problem. With business ethics like this and with the ability to make the customer feel like they really care, it makes it very easy for me to recommend this company to others.
Connie, thank you so much for your wonderful review and for choosing Precision Garage Door of Waco. We are happy that you are pleased with the service provided Thank you for trusting Precision Garage Door of Waco and for leaving 5 Stars!

I was very happy that I contacted Precicision when my garage door problem occurred on a Saturday morning. James Ward was a godsend yesterday. He diagnosed the issue and refitted the door very efficiently and professionally. For a very fair price, I not only got the repair; but I got a warranty! I am so glad that this unexpected problem was addressed so quickly and it just helped me so very much. I've already shared a picture of the business card with some friends. Precision has excellent customer service from Amanda, who took my frantic call, to James, who calmly and professionally fixed the problem. Thank you!
