Paul very personable and thorough. He explained what I needed and then gave me a written quote prior to repairing my garage door. Very satisfied with the service and the quick response. After calling Precision, they were at my house within an hour and a half getting my garage door repaired. I highly recommend Precision if your in need of a garage door, opener, or repairs.

My garage door system was very old (2007) and I was due for a new one. Dustin listed out all of my options very clearly and made recommendations. I always appreciate when a company's focus is creating a solution and not selling me something. Dustin gave me a pros and cons list of replacing some things now vs waiting, but he created the necessary trust that I went with his recommendation. I will never use anyone else but Precision now, although hopefully I do not need to call them for a very long time!

John was extremely nice and polite. I was impressed with his knowledge of everything he knew regarding each part of the door and the purpose it serves. I really appreciated everything he did. It is so refreshing to meet someone with manners. I have had some really rude people working on different things around my house. Thank You John!!!

Dustin Doyle responded on our request for service. He arrived on time, assessed the problems with the opener and immediately had suggestions on how to rectify the problem. His suggestions included the installation of a new opener, springs and rollers, all of which were completed in about an hour and a half. The end result gave us a new, very quiet and efficient garage door installation, and one that is far superior to the previous opener. Many thanks go out to Dustin and his efficient and timely handling of the installation.
