Called and Greg showed up a couple of hours later! He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about my particular garage door opener and my particular issue. He quickly identified the issue and promptly fixed. I asked about the remote keypad issue I was having (not why I called) and he had a new one on his truck and quickly installed it instructed me on how to set it up. Excellent service, very professional. Would definitely use again!

These guys were extremely responsive and have a great web interface for setting up an appointment. The guy who came was Dustin and he was outstanding. He fixed my problem quickly gave me options for different levels of repair and was quick and extremely competent in making the repair. Our garage door has never worked better and it’s nice to know I have a lifetime warranty on the motor. Highly recommend precision door company.

We ended up going with just getting a replacement but he did talk to me about financing and the importance of getting the warranty and we will be back to purchase the full package and warranty from you guys.

Technician was friendly but did not seem very knowledgeable in fixing my garage door. He made numerous phone calls back to his office to ask questions. Then he had to get advice from another guy on the phone. I’m not very confident he could complete the job. However, quote was reasonable but decided to go with another company.
